Youth programs

Building better humans.

We teach young people the skills schools often skip — entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, and the mindset to become their best selves — delivered to your students by our team across NYC.

Leave A Legacy

Our signature entrepreneurship program challenges young people to build a real business that fights a social injustice they care about — then bring it to life and sell it like founders. Many of the students you'll hear from came up through Leave A Legacy.

Build the business

Students design a real venture built to fight a social injustice they care about — purpose first, profit alongside it.

Create the commercial

They produce a commercial that brings the brand and its mission to life — and finds its audience.

Deliver the pitch

They build and present a full pitch deck, selling their idea the way real entrepreneurs do.

What we teach

Skills for life, not just a test

Each program is built around real outcomes young people can use the same week, and carry for the rest of their lives.

Leadership

Students take ownership of their choices, their voice, and their future through the OWN IT curriculum.

Entrepreneurship

How ideas become businesses — pitching, building, and thinking like an owner instead of waiting for permission.

Financial literacy

How money actually works — earning, saving, and budgeting — so young people make confident decisions early.

Social-emotional

Mindset, identity, and mental health woven throughout, using our D.I.P. methodology.

Our curriculum

The OWN IT Leadership Curriculum

OWN IT is our signature leadership program — a structured curriculum that helps young people own their decisions, their voice, and their future, with mental health and social-emotional learning built in throughout.

It runs on the D.I.P. methodology and adapts to your setting, whether that's a classroom, an after-school program, or a community organization.

In their own words

Hear from our students

No statistic lands like a young person telling you, in their own voice, what changed.

The method

The D.I.P. methodology

Every program runs on the same through-line — a repeatable system that helps a young person show up as the person they want to become.

D

Discipline

Build the daily habits that create what you want, long before you feel like it.

I

Identity

Decide who you're becoming and act like that person now. Behavior follows identity.

P

Purpose

Anchor the work to something bigger than yourself — the fuel that outlasts hard days.

Bring us to your school

Schools, nonprofits, and youth programs across NYC partner with us to deliver this work. Let's build something for your young people.
